Delivery Information
Our main postage service for UK Mainland is Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Due to a number of our products requiring a specialist courier for transportation, our chosen delivery partner for delicate items is Parcelforce, where a signature will be required.- Our deliveries will only be sent out and delivered on Monday - Friday and possibly on the Saturday depending on your location and parcel company delivery time scale in your area.
- Orders received over £150.00 excluding VAT will be sent carriage paid (U.K. Mainland only).
- We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
- Orders placed and paid with PayPal will only be delivered to the PayPal registered address.
- Our delivery shipping prices are calculated by the total weight of your order. (Certain items are heavier than other and will unfortunately cost more to send)
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders received before 12.00pm on the same business day.
